What to expect?

 

From the moment we connect, your journey toward empowered motherhood begins.

We will engage in six one-on-one counseling sessions. Throughout these sessions, we will delve into the questions you have about your life and the areas in which you wish to progress. We will explore tools and tips that can enhance your daily life. Our ultimate objective is not for you to depend on me, but rather to equip you with the skills to navigate motherhood while harmonizing the other roles in your life. This approach will boost your confidence.

By the end of our counseling sessions, our goal is for you to develop the ability to apply your newfound skills and embrace them throughout your life. These could be some of the topics we will talk about:

  • Setting personal goals

  • Exploring personal strengths

  • Building self-confidence

  • Identifying potential triggers

  • Establishing a support network

  • Embracing the transformations after pregnancy and motherhood

  • Constructing your personal toolkit

  • Confronting your fears and perceived weaknesses

  • Transforming negative thought patterns

  • Developing resilience-building strategies

  • Defining your personal purpose in motherhood

Our sessions will be conducted online through Zoom or walking in Prospect Park, affording you the opportunity to participate from a location where you feel at ease. Additionally, our scheduling offers greater flexibility to accommodate varying time zones.

The first session will be 1.5 hours, while subsequent sessions will last for 50 minutes each.
